Brief Answer:
No need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern about your ESR level. But your ESR level is not much high. Even mild inflammation can leads to this level. So no need to worry at all.

Take your medicine for high cholesterol and high blood pressure regularly. And if you have bad knee then you should go for x ray of that knee. You may have osteoarthritis or some other problem. So consult your doctor for that . Otherwise no need to worry.

Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any doubts then you can ask me. I will be happy to answer.
Wish you a very good health.
