Question: I am a 31 years old woman with a 3.5 years old kid. The doctors removed my left ovary due to Dermoid cyst during my 1st pregnancy and now i just have one right ovary. Now from past 3- 4 months we are trying for second baby. doctor suggested HSG test. The results are as follows-
The uterine cavity is of normal shape and size. It is normally outlined by the contrast medium. No evidence of any filling defect was seen within it.

There is dilatation of the fimbrial and of the right fallopian tube. Free spill of the contrast could be seen through the right fallopian tube under pressure.

There is left fallopian tube in normally outline by the contrast in the proximal aspect only.

IMPRESSION: Hydrosalpinx on the right side with blockade of the left fallopian tube.
So plz guide me what my reports actually say and what procedure should we take next for conceiving our second baby?

Brief Answer:
AS BELOW

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Basically, your left tube is blocked.
On the right side, there is patency, but only under pressure, and there is a hydrosalpinx, which is a mass of fluid collection responsible for damage to the tube.
How many cycles of follicular monitoring have you undergone ?
Is your husband's semen analysis normal ?
Was ovulation documented each time in the ovulation study ?
What is your height and weight ?
Did you have problems while conceiving your first child, during that pregnancy or after childbirth ?
Please write back with these details so that I can provide you with a better opinion.
All the best
