What Does Declining B HCG Levels In Pregnancy Indicate?

Question: My hcg level 2 days before (friday) was 43,994 and now(monday) 43,156 .on Friday , did not find heartbeat in transvaginal ultrasound . Doctor said i m 6 weeks 6 days pregnant and she expected to see heartbeat.She suspected miscarriage.is there still any hope ?i did not bleed or spot during last 7 weeks.LMP date was 24th April.
