Brief Answer:
Likely to be recurrence of boil

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms

Going by description of your symptoms, it appears to be recurrence of boil. Boils are known for recurrence. If there is no obvious swelling and absence of pain then there is no cause for concern.
Local application of antibiotic ointment and hot water fomentation with either hot water bag or clean cloth soaked in hot water and applied intermittently for few seconds everytime for 10 minutes thrice a day will be helpful.

If there is persistent swelling or spread of redness than it will require incision and adequate drainage to prevent recurrence.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
