What Does Blood In Urine Indicate?

Question: I've just noticed blood in my urine. I am diabetic, had a renal transplant 5 years ago and am currently on an insulin pump. No back pain, no sweating, no sense of urgency to urinate & no burning when I do urinate.

there are many different condition which can cause hematuria

1 is your urine out put normal
2 How much water do you take per day
3 what are all the medications you took
4 is there any new medication take since few days
5 when did yo see your doctor and had your renal function test done
6 are you using any aspirin and warfarin
