Brief Answer:
Ccould be due to hyper granuloma of Stoma.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your husband has cancer of the bladder and he had undergone Total Cystectomy with conduit for the same. He has bleeding from the site of stoma very recently.

This is mostly due to hyper granulation around the stoma which is common after using collecting bag.

If there is no excoriation of the skin and infection at the stomal site , It should get resolved after proper cleaning of the stomal site with antimicrobial solution like Betadine and applying topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin .

Changing the collecting bag may help to prevent infection.

Please consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical assessment and further treatment.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
