Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Hemospermia.
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have any urinary symptoms like frequency,urgency,hesitancy etc suggestive of Enlarged Prostate.?
2) Are you taking any medications like Aspirin etc?
3) Did you notice this after rough ,vigorous sex?
Blood in the semen is mostly due to one of the following three reasons.
1) Infection of the seminal Vesicle or Prostate
2) Enlarged Prostate or cancer of the prostate
3) Bleeding Disorder.
It needs to be evaluated thoroughly .Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital Rectal examination and get following basic tests done under his guidance .
1) Routine blood work with coagulation profile
2) Routine urine and Semen examination and Semen culture. .
3) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
4) Trans Rectal Ultrasound Scanning .
5) Serum PSA.
Further treatment will depend upon results of these tests and final diagnosis,
