Brief Answer:
PCOS, urine test on 26th January is not too early

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

I would like to know about the nature of your cycles. Are they regular or irregular.

Doing urine pregnancy test on January 26 is not too early. Routinely available test kits are quite reliable. As per test you are not pregnant.

The scan report of bilateral small follicles, is suggesting a condition called PCOS. It can be managed by life style modifications.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Get morning's first urine sample tested. PCOS needs attention.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Many thanks for reverting back, and appreciating the previous answer.

Let me answer your query one by one.

1] About urine test.
Thanks for mentioning timing of the test and your habit of water intake.
With the intake of fluids throughout the day, the urine gets diluted.
I usually suggest to get morning’s first sample of urine tested for pregnancy. At that time urine is undiluted and test results are more reliable.

BY THE WAY it is one of the best healthy habits to drink plenty of water in a day.

2] About PCOS.
it is Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome.
It has little bit of genetic component, but in most of the cases it has a modern lifestyle as a cause.
USG or Ct scan reports show multiple, small follicles at the periphery of ovary.
This hampers with ovualtion and hormone production of ovary. And eventually disturbs the internal milieu.

Irrespective of your interest in getting pregnancy, the condition of PCOS needs attention.
Changes in the lifestyle is key in the treatment.
I usually suggest indulging in a healthy diet and regular exercise regime.
Include plenty of fruits, salads, vegetables in the diet.Have adequate water intake , say 8 – 10 glasses per day.
Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products, and refined sugars.Avoid substance abuse, if any.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
