Yes bacteria in the urine would mean infection more so if it is associated with urinary frequency and pain on urination.

Usually UTI would entail treatment with antibiotics for 7 days Antibiotics that we commonly use are ciprofloxacin or cefuroxime but since this requires a prescription you might need to see your local physician to get one.

In the meantime drink plenty of water.
