Brief Answer:
it is fine, which pain killers you take does it have valid prescription

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
It is presently fine as there are only traces of albumin and rest are in normal range, but you should get a proper prescription for pain killers and take it. As some of them can causes nephropathy. So which pain killer you have taken.

I would recommend you to go for repeat the test after 15 days and based on that next step can be decided.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
