What Does A White Fleshy Thing After Tooth Extraction Indicate?

Question: hi i had a tooth out yesterday. bottom left a tooth forward from back and a red blood clot appeared which i know is normal. did the gauges as normal to put over extraction hole and soaked the excess blood. now today i have what i thought was a bit of white tooth but isnt. it feels fleshy but a little hard. is this normal ?

I have gone through your query and understand your concern as you have undergone extraction yesterday, after extraction cotton gauge should be removed after 45 minutes of extraction , after that there is no need to put any cotton gauge on Extraction socket . As you have written in query you feel like white fleshy tooth like dont worry it is normal it can be Periodontal flap of that tooth. What I will suggest you that follow all your post operative instruction given by your Oral surgeon. After 24 hours of Extraction Do XXXXXXX warm saline water 2 - 3 times a day.
