Brief Answer:
it probably means that your treatment was effective

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

VDRL is a test for syphilis. After treatment the levels of VDRL fall. What is considered as a good response is a 4-fold decrease in the levels of VDRL within 3-6 months after treatment. A complete eradication of VDRL reactivity means complete treatment.

Kind Regards!
