Brief Answer:
It is advisable to follow a healthy life style.

Detailed Answer:

Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your lab test results, seems that your triglycerides are near the upper limit of normal range. In order to draw the right conclusion about the upcoming strategy, it is important to analyze also fractionated cholesterol levels.

Judging only on triglycerides level, it is recommended to follow a low fat healthy diet, a physically active life style, to lower the body weight and avoid smoking contacts.

No medication therapy is needed actually.

A medical follow up after three months, including fasting lipid profile testing is necessary for future medical decisions.

Hope to have been helpful to you. Greetings! Dr. Iliri
