Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am

There is nothing to be worried for as that can be simply the result of injuries that your toe nail has sustained in the past. If there is no pain in the nail, no history of frequent fever then nothing is there to worry for.

If you still feel concerned you can take a clear pic of your toe nail and upload it in your dashboard for me to review.

As you are about to enter your 60's it's advisable that you should get a routine cardiac evaluation done.

Kind Regards
