What Does A Sore On The Leg Indicate?
Oral and topical antibiotics may be needed, upload pictures, please
Thanks for being at Healthcaremagic,
You may need to take oral and topical antibiotics for treating a sore.
I would recommend you to upload pictures of the affected areas so that I can have a clearer picture and can guide you accordingly.
Paedrous dermatitis, topical steroid & antibiotic, oral antibiotic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be paedrous dermatitis which is an insect bite hypersensitivity reaction.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid and antibiotic like Neosporin ointment and cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily and take oral antibiotic like tablet cephalexin 500 mg twice daily for 5 days.
Oral antibiotics are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
