Brief Answer:
Possible normal structures palpated, please get clinically examined

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. The testis is a delicate part of the male anatomy. The scrotum contains testis, epididymis which is at the head of the testis, ducts and blood vessels. The head of the testis is soft to palpation and is normal.

2. It is difficult to comprehend whether you are intending to draw attention to soft structures at the head of testis which are normal structures. Rarely it might be due to a mild conditions involving the testis like varicose veins or a fluid collection in the spermatic cord. However, it is difficult to accurately understand your case without clinical examination.

3. It is suggested that you please get your testis examined clinically by your doctor and if required then get an ultrasound testis done.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
