Brief Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM

Detailed Answer:
This is probably an atheroma which is commonly found at thip place and it represents enlarged sebaceal gland in subcutaneous tissue. Other posible causes are lipoma or fibroma, but in every case this is not something serious unless it become inflammed. So it is advisable to have surgical removal of it under local anasthesis and this is simple and short procedure. There is no other succesful treatment. Wish you good health. Feel free to ask. Regards
