Brief Answer:
You can wait for a day.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
In a normal pregnancy the HCG levels rise to double the level in every 48 hours. In your case the rise in HCG level is there but it is very slow. The chances of having a viable pregnancy are low. You can wait for one more day before stopping progesterone to be very sure.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
Dr. Rakhi Tayal.
