No it's not relapse but it's a bone metastasis.

Brief Answer:
Multiple myeloma passes through active&inactive stages...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

From what you are describing, it is multiple myeloma. However, I need to have your tests reports to give the final conclusions.

MM passes through various stages. If Ct-scan showed rib lesions, they might be metastatic lesions. Can you please provide the ct-scan report and other tests you did recently?

The disease passes through the active and inactive stages.

Looking forward to have the requested reports in!
