Question: My random blood sugar level is 190 after eating a dessert and checked after 1.5 hrs....

Does this mean that I am diabetic

A blood sugar level of 180 or more after 2 hours after food intake is considered Diabetic . But the food intake has to be light and definitely not a sweet or dessert. I think it is quite normal but to be very sure a fasting Sugar level and a test called HBA1c has to be done.

I advise you get this tests done .
