Brief Answer:
No evidence of heart disorders, but you need a neurological check up.

Detailed Answer:

Hello Ohmair!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

I have passed carefully through your previous medical history. Regarding your current complain (pops all over left chest), I would like to explain you that it doesn't seem to be typical for any heart problems.

Some other additional symptomatic clues are needed to help in the differential diagnosis work up.

Do you experience any other symtoms or complains, besides "pops" ??

These spreaded pops all over left chest are more compatible with a neurological problem; but to clarify this issue you need a medical check up (including a comprehensive physical examination, focusing to neuroogical status), and eventually some additional diagnostic tests. This complain may be a sign of anxiety and excessive stress, but it may also be a preliminary sign of other more serious neurological disorders. You need to consult a neurologist. This would be my advice.

Hope to have been helpful to you.

Feel free to ask me whenever you need. Greetings! Dr. Iliri

Detailed Answer:

Hello again Ohmar!

I could not find any emergent dangerous situations on that. So you have to relax! No cardiac problems, no other important emergencies to resolve.

BUT, I still insist for a meticulous neurological check up. So, it would be possible to rule out any prodromal symptomatologies of more serious neurological disorders.

Best Regards! Dr. Iliri
