Brief Answer:
Need to look into exact cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I have seen the attached pictures.
Surely the picture is quality is not that great ,but from the pictures I can make out that you have a generalised redness over face along with these reddish skin patches over the cheeks and chin area .
From the distribution of lesions ,the lesions either look like sun associated or autoimmune in nature .
Do you have any increased irritation ,redness or itching on going out in the sun?
Do you have any other problems as well like fever ,joint pains ,breathing difficulties?

Since you have been on treatment since long without much effect ,in my opinion ,a skin biopsy would be the best thing to consider next ,so find out the exact cause .

Brief Answer:
Need skin care ,treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I have seen the newer pictures .
They surely provide a better and closer look at the exact skin lesions .
On a closer view ,the skin rash is basically eczematous in nature .
It looks like perioral dermatitis .
Topical steroid application can help in decreasing it to some extent ,but such a skin rash tends to come up again once the cream application is stopped .
Perioral dermatitis needs to be managed by regular application of topical antibiotic creams like mupirocin or neosporin over the affected areas along with regular use of mild moisturisers.
Complete avoidance of irritating things like dettol ,savlon or any other harsh chemical application over the face .
Use a mild face cleanser for washing face .
Use a good medicated sunscreen before going out in the sun .
Regular and long term treatment is very essential in your case .
Also stress is surely a factor in precipitation of this problem.

Brief Answer:
See an ophthalmologist

Detailed Answer:
A person who is prone to dermatitis and allergies ,has a higher chance of developing irritation and allergies in the other mucosal areas and eyes as well .
Although oral antihistamines intake will benefit both the problems ,but seeing an eye specialist fir confirmation would be the beat thing to do .
