What does a HIV 1 and 2 antibodies result of negative suggest?

Question: Hi i was exposed in sep 2015 and i did hiv1 and 2, p24 ag and ab test in XXXXXXX 2016. My result is .05...i am again going for elisa i am doubtfull plz help
