The reason I ask is because back in February they found microscopic hematuria in my urine. They sent me to a urologist. They did a PSA, cystoscopy, rectal exam, and CT scan of my abdomen and pelvis area. They found no sign of cancer. Then in April I got dehydrated and they thought I was having a stroke. They did a CT of my head and a Chest xray. They found nothing. I've been living in fear that they've missed something and I have cancer. They are treating me for health anxiety and somatic symptom disorder. They say all my labs look good and I should relax. Do you think that I should stop worrying and trust them? Every since the blood in my urine I've lived every day in fear. I guess I just need a little more reassurance. Thanks for your help!

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,.

There is nothing to be worried about.
You have undergone extensive investigations, which all gave normal results according to your history.
Try relaxing and avoid stressing about having any illness. Since there was only an isolated episode of hematuria and normal investigations, there is nothing to be worried about.
You can practice relaxation techniques like mediatation.Exercise can also help.
