Thyroxine and B12, folic acid, iron

Dear XXXXXXX you are hypothyroid, and need replacement. you are presently 102 kg, definitely obese, you should start with 100 mcg of thyroxine. hypothyroidism is known to cause macrocytic anemia , so you need b12, and folic acid replacement along with iron and calcium. regards!
