Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
This means that your TMT test is normal :)
When you run on treadmill if there is any evidence of reduce blood flow to your heart that gets evident by ECG changes and we call it "Positive for myocardial ischemia". That means yours was negative so normal.
As far as I can see your reports they are also well almost within normal limits.
Only what is required is strict control of Blood Pressure. Avoid salt , fat in diet. Exercise daily.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Its a common belief that once you have started taking medicine to control BP, does it mean i have to continue with telmistran 40 mg for ever. Or there is a way that without medicines i can control my BP.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Actually once you start taking BP medications you are unable to quit them because you have been started on BP medications as your BP is high systematically. So you are unable to quit medicines usually.
If your BP is 150/80 off medications then you can observe it for a month by adopting following things:
1. Exercising daily.
2. Taking low salt diet. Avoid papads, pickles, namkeen.
3. Take low fat diet.
4. In case you smoke or consume alcohol stop that totally.
With these measures if your BP comes below 140/80, you can happily and normally continue lifestyle changes without medications.
I hope this helps you.
If you have any further query please ask me.
