Brief Answer:
Probably,you have polycystic ovarian disease(PCOD)

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to report, probably you have polycystic ovarian disease(PCOD).
It is suggested by multiple small follicles arranged at periphery in left ovary.
PCOD should be confirmed by clinical correlation and biochemical markers like hormonal assay for PCOD.
PCOD is a curable disease and mostly it is treated by medicines.Surgical intervention is required in very few cases.

You shouldn't worry at all.You may need medicines after full evaluation. It is not a serious disease at all.
There shouldn't be any problem in conception.

Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.

Hello XXXX
Thanks for writing back

PCOD is curable disease and there shouldn't be any problem in pregnancy.Only thing needed is to take medicines after confirmation of PCOD.

You don't need repeat USG. Your doctor is talking about hormone estimation through blood test which is done after 7-8 days(one week) of last menstrual period.
