Brief Answer:
You aren't infected

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

Cell culture for HVS is negative, this show that you are not infected by HSV.
Cell culture test may give a false-negative result if the sores have begun healing or if you are recently infected.
Hence if I was your treating doctor I would suggest to make PCR blood test after some weeks of healing .

The PCR blood test can tell if you have genital herpes even if you don't have symptoms.
The PCR test looks for pieces of the virus's DNA. This is the most common test used to diagnose genital herpes and is very accurate.

Brief Answer:
You should treat if you have vaginal lesions

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again!

If you have vaginal lesions and your vaginal culture have resulted with positive staphylococcus aureus , you should treat this infection .

Treatment should be prescribed based on sensitivity of this bacteria from the antibiotics .

If you haven't vaginal lesions you don't need to be treated.
