Welcome
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
High bp as per the current guidelines & recommendation is considered to be a bp above 140/90mm Hg for person less than 60yrs & above 150/90mm Hg for a person above 60yrs.
Your bp is definitely in the normal range. Continue taking propanolol. Further you can decrease the salt intake to minimum & do some jogging & mild exercise.
Also monitor your bp regularly so that you can know whether it continues to be in normal range.
