Brief Answer:
Possibility of Herpes zoster

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.

I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the image.

I can see a cluster of pus filled lesions in this image. I would keep a possibility of either Herpes Zoster or Herpes Simplex(Extragenital).
Herpes zoster presents with grouped fluid filled vesicles (fluid may be clear or appear turbid as if pus) arranged in band or stripe like pattern on one side of the midline in the distribution of a spinal nerve (dermatome). It is usually associated with varying degree of pain/ burning sensation. It is caused by reactivation of varicella zoster virus.
Do you have any symptoms like pain? burning sensation?
Extragenital herpes simplex too presents with a cluster of fluid filled bumps but there is usually a history of skin to skin innoculation like in wrestlers(neck, trunk), dentists(hands) etc. Herpes simplex is caused by herpes simplex virus.
Treatment for both is with oral antivirals like vslacyclovir or acyclovir.

Regards
