Brief Answer:
Normal skin response to trauma

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same .

Now from the description, it looks like your child has developed post trauma hypopigmentation which is basically the loss of pigment from any site following injury.
This is basically a normal reaction of the skin where after any kind of skin injury, the skin heals with either darkening or lightening .

You really don't need to do anything about it. Application of any kind of creams over it might impair the normal skin healing process. You need to give it sometime. It will return back to normal color in few weeks.

But in case you feel that the whitening of skin is increasing, then you might have to get it checked by a local doctor to rule out other things like vitiligo .

Hi

I have attached the pic of the pin sized white dots under the skin. It does not seem to be the normal skin darkening or whitening that usual happens after the wound heals.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I have seen the attached picture .
There is definitely some growth seen at the site of injury which is you seemingly normal. But since the pictugd quality is not that great, it is difficult to reach an exact diagnosis .
I would suggest you to click some more better quality close up pictures and upload them here on this page .

Brief Answer:
Milia at the site of skin trauma, harmless

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Again

I have seen the attached picture .
Your child is developing lesions of milia at the site of trauma scar.
Now such type of skin lesions very commonly develop at the site of any skin injury. These are benign and harmless skin lesions and they tend to heal up slowly.
You do not need to apply anything over them. They will slowly heal by themselves.
But in case they tend to persist or increase even after two to three months, then you can see a local doctor who can prescribe a topical retinoid agent for the same.
