What do uneasiness and nausea indicate after every meal?

Question: Sir, sometimes when I eat milk and bread, or anything whether oily or normal . I feel uneasyness and start sweating and feel nausea and recover when I lay down flat for a while. This happens sometimes only ..I don't over eat
