Detailed Answer:
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you to my virtual clinic HCM!
I have carefully worked through your case, and can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns today and will put my best efforts to get you out of this situation.

The breast tissue is drained by the lymphatics that go straight to the axilla (armpit) and there are the lymph nodes located for the breast tissues.

If there is some kind of viral or bacterial infection in the breast tissue; OR more seriously if there is some kind of tumor (may also be a malignant cancerous growth). Also sometimes the cancerous growth extends to the axilla as a metastasis in the first place and causes the symptoms of pain and tenderness.

Sometimes just the glands of the breast are engorged due to infection and cause pain that also leads to the axilla through the lymphatics.

Give her Ibuprofen for pain relief and in the meanwhile take her to the General Surgeon for complete analysis and screening for XXXXXXX breast tumor.

Remember that early diagnosed--means good prognosis!!!

Have a wonderful time ahead. Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have any further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you in no time.
