Answered by Dr. Deepti Verma (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Hydroslapinx

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
I have reviewed the reports.
It is suggestive of hydrosalpinx or dilated fallopian tube with fluid inside it on the left side.
Such a pathology can occur in pelvic infection, infection of the genital tract, tuberculosis etc.
Treatment depends upon the symptoms of the patient.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Answered by Dr. Deepti Verma (7 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Can be treated medically

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

Treatment depends upon the cause.
If tuberculosis, then it can be treated by drugs, otherwise surgery may be opted for.

Hydrosalpinx delays conception as it can lead to blockage of the fallopian tube.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
