What Do These Thyroid Profile, Urine And Blood Test Reports Indicate?
They found a lot of problems with her urine, finding nitrates, both white and red blood cells, and protein. I believe she has an early stage of kidney disease, could her problems be an early stage of kidney disease?
She has a scan done of the kidney and blood work. Her kidney function is normal, and the scan did not show any scarring. She will be seeing a urologist, will they be able to help if the problem is kidney related?
Here is the information I have so far:

Anemia, proteinuria with low electrolytes may indicate renal problem.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through your mother in law findings in detail.
She may have urinary tract infection with proteinuria and hematuria. She may need culture and sensitivity of urine,24 hour protein excretion in urine.
Findings also suggests low hemoglobin. She may need iron supplementation. She should take iron rich food and can take iron-zinc tablet supplementation.
Blood protein is also low.It may be due to proteinuria.
Blood electrolytes like sodium, calcium, chloride are also low.
Anemia, proteinuria with low electrolytes may indicate renal problem.
C3,C4 level are low and CRP,RA factor are increased,it may indicate autoimmune inflammatory causes.
Thyroid profile is also deranged. She may need thyroid tablet start with 75 microgram once daily.
She may need proper evaluation by a nephrologist.
Get well soon.
