Question: Hi,

We r going for fertility treatment
my age is 33yrs and my husbands age is 42yrs(non smoker and drinker)
My husbands sperm count history is as follows:

Apr 2015:
Concentration (M/ml) = 1.40
progressive motility = 14%
non progressive = 14 %
Immotile 86%

16 jul 2016:
Concentration (M/ml) = 2.40
progressive motility = 29%
non progressive = 8 %
Immotile = 71%

After jul result, doctor suggested Ovitrelle 250mcg injection for 6 weeks(once a week)
After 6 weeks course got over, we took another sperm test, result is

29 sep 2016:
Concentration (M/ml) = 0.0
progressive motility = 0%
non progressive = 0 %
Immotile = 0%
Comment: Outside the field 2 motile and 4 immotile sperm seen

My question is :
eventhough i am not a doctor, i feel the decrease in sperm count to 0 within 2 months as wierd !!.Does Ovitrelle 250mcg injection have any illeffect on sperm count
