Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through the results you reported.
The most problematic results are;
-High HbA1c suggesting for Diabetes, it gives information regarding to the mean glucose level of the last three months. When it is over 9% and the patient has symptoms of Diabetes , we suggest treatment with insulin to lower the glucose level as soon as possible.
-The lipid profile suggests for high cardiovascular risk and treatment to lower cholesterol should be started too.
-There is sugar in urine do to high glucose level in blood but it gets normal within a few days after starting treatment.
Hope the information will help.
