Brief Answer:
Explained below..

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for posting your query,

I have gone through the reports you have attached,

I will discuss in detail respectively,

1) XXXX:
As per your reports, the areas where you do need medical help is for serum cholesterol and thyroid profile.
Your cholesterol levels seems to be mildly elevated.
I would suggest you to do the following:
- engage in daily minimum 45 mins of brisk walking
- reduce oily and fatty foods. Try maximum to consume home made meals
- avoid saturated oils and substitute with olive oil.
- repeat serum cholesterol after 2 months. If found to be still high, you may need to start on statins

As for your thyroid profile, high TSH levels show that you have hypothyroidism. For this you need to take medicines after proper consultation.

Also just so as to note, high TSH levels can also alter your cholesterol levels.

2) XXXX- as for your spouse's report, there does not seem to be any gross changes in any parameters, as these changes can vary from labs to labs.

Hope this helps

Please feel free to discuss further,

Regards
