What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?

Question: Hi Sir,
Recently my father diagnosed with throat cancer. Could you please go through the reports and guide me for further treatment that I need to follow and what is the stage of the disease.
He does not have any medical history like BP or Sugar apart from being an asthma patient. Non-smoker, non-drinker. However, using the Gudakhu (Gudakhu' is a paste-like tobacco preparation used rubbed over the teeth and gum with a fingertip)

I have gone through the reports. It looks like stage 2 disease but CT report required for exact staging.

Overall radiation seems appropriate. If there are neck glands or CT shows extension outside larynx then chemo or targeted therapy may be added.

I think radiotherapy is a good option. They did a plain CT instead of contrast resulting in suboptimal impression.

You should take him to a center with multidisciplinary cancer team and take it from there.

Hi Sir,

As my father is an asthma patient, the concerned doctor did not take a risk for the high-end CT scan. As per the doctor, it may block the patient's heart the injection that supposed top be given before the test.

Please advise should I go for the surgery and radiation. I am scared for my father age as he is now 74+. Please if possible some good contacts at XXXXXXX or XXXXXXX
