Brief Answer:
No heart attack luckily / keep following up

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Your mother is in good hands
She has been diagnosed and treated properly

Long-term sugar and pressure controlled well…
She had a threatened heart attack
Due to timely investigation and treatment, fortunately, the attack did not happen

There is also Right Bundle Branch Block (RBBB) pattern in the ECG – which is most likely a variant / (not due to right sided heart disease – because other parameters are normal)

No operation or intervention (balloon dilatation and stent) is necessary now – they are generally indicated when the obstruction is 70 % or more.
She needs to continue medical treatment only
She needs regular follow up

If the chest pain recurs in spite of this, stress ECG imaging (thallium treadmill exercise) may be done and/or angiogram repeated to study fractional flow reserve (FFR(.

Good luck
God bless you
