The bone cannot be regenerated by natural methods. Endogain also wont regenerate the lost bone. In the back teeth the lost bone can be fixed with the help of grafts but in the front teeth region graft also cannot be placed. If you observe the radiograph in the link what you have sent me, there is mild improvement. No need to worry about losing the teeth. The front teeth has to maintained properly for long life of the teeth.
The oil pulling method also wont help in any way. If you understand the mechanism for bone loss, you can decide what is the treatment plan. The main cause for bone loss is deposits, usually these deposits become hard and are called as calculus. These secrete acid and dissolve bone. So you need to remove the deposits by scaling or oral prophylaxis and future deposit accumulation should be prevented by maintaining Oral hygiene methods.
The orthodontic treatment can be done only if there is sufficient bone support. If there is no bone support we cannot do orthodontic treatment. Orthodontic treatment is used to correct the mal aligned teeth not for regenerating lost bone.
Jaw bone loss can be determined by getting a computed tomography of both the jaws.
Palate will not grow nor any bone grow following gum surgery or grafting. It

Since you have already got splinting done nothing to worry. There is no need for grafting right now for this much bone loss. In the front teeth we cannot put grafts. Just maintain the teeth in a proper way so that further there should not be any more bone loss. What ever has been lost cannot be regenerated.

Yes I agree that bone will grow in the palate if you take graft from palate. The donar site will be replaced by a soft bone. But the problem is with the recipient site. The original images what you have uploaded in that the lower front teeth have very less bone support. You will not lose these teeth immediately but when compare to normal teeth these teeth have less support. These teeth needs to be maintained properly. Get your teeth cleaned once in 6 to 8 months You better take an opinion from the orthodontist and then go for the orthodontic treatment. Some amount of bone will remodel following orthodontic treatment but bone will not regenerate.
