Brief Answer:
Diagnosis of MRI findings

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for asking from HCM

I can understand your concern.
The findings are suggestive of

: Mass lesion arising from left frontal lobe extending till lateral ventricle opening

The reason could be
: meningioma
: glioma
: secondaries
: frontal sinus cancer or benign mass

You must get Contrast MRI done along with MRS. It will confirm the diagnosis. You can send me the films. I can help and tell you the treatment after it.

Hope it will help. Thanks. Take care.
