The elevated monocytes can be from inflammation or infection (usually viral).
Your sodium is slightly low and potassium slightly high. This could be the result of low adrenal function, diabetes, kidney problems, or certain medications.
Your Vitamin D level (total) is low, but the important part to look at is Vitamin D3. If that is low, then taking a supplement would be a good thing to do.
I advise following up with your physician regarding the abnormal white blood count and sodium/potassium imbalance.
I wouldn't worry about the chloride level. That will correct when the sodium and potassium imbalance corrects.
