Brief Answer:
Depends on if there are any related symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcaremagic

It is understandable to be concerned about any changes in blood pressure.

Management would depend on the presence of related symptoms. Most persons may have these changes with no alarming symptoms and can simply monitor, if the readings remain elevated for more than 24 to 48 hours, then assessment by a doctor is needed.

If you are experiencing any concerning symptoms then you should be seen as soon as possible. Concerning symptoms include chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, dizziness, weakness, blurred vision, seizures, change in urine output, headache, vomiting.

Treatment would involve reassessment of blood pressure
(2) examination of heart, lungs , central nervous system, eyes
(3) bloods may be considered for kidney and liver function
(4) medication would be adjusted to lower the blood pressure

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
