Brief Answer:
You may be receiving too mant blood pressure lowering medications

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this query.

You are probably being over medicated. I will recommend that you ask your doctors to review your drugs and the dosages as this could be the cause of these low blood pressure and rapid pulse. This is classical of hypotension that may result from too many drugs for hypertension.

I hope this helps. Let me know what you settle on and what your doctor says. I wish you well.

Brief Answer:
I will suggest you get your heart examined: EKG for a start.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

If you have not taken these medications for 2 months, this is unlikely to be caused by drugs. in this scenario, I will suggest that you get your an EKG to look at the electrical activity of the heart to evaluate for basic things like heart rate and its regularity. This may detect condition of the heart that can cause acceleration and low blood pressure.

For this, a general physician would be good enough to start with. Then referrals would be made if need be.

I wish you well.
