Brief Answer:
Check the pulse once more

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Your readings indicate high blood pressure and slow pulse; bradycardia.
If you have blood pressure medication at home, you can take it , but not metoprolol, or other medications, which slow heart rate. If you send me your usual blood pressure readings, and if you have some medication at home, I can help you
Concerning to slow heart rate, I would advise you to check it again. Check it manually and count the pulse for one minute, especially if you checked it with electronic machine, they can be wrong sometimes, when there is an arrhythmia.
If you recheck and have the same data for pulse, I would advise you to see your cardiologist.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
