Brief Answer:
The liver enzymes are raised, but it is not a serious condition.

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome to HCM.

I appreciate your concern for the raised SGOT & SGPT levels apparently detected during routine checkup.
However, it is difficult to comment just by observing the raised SGPT.

To have a clear cut idea, you are advised to kindly repeat other liver function tests like GGT, Alkaline phosphatase, Bilirubin, and an ultrasound scan of the abdomen.

The raised SGOT & SGPT may be caused by hepatitis, alcohol liver diseases, gall bladder disease, etc.

You must avoid taking alcohol (if you consume it), fatty vegetarian and non vegetarian meals, etc.
Take plenty of fruits and vegetables. Do regular exercise.
Multivitamins containing Vitamin E are found to be effective in reversing the liver injury.
