Brief Answer:
Blocked fallopian tubes

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about blocked tubes.

Opacified tubes with no spillage means fallopian tubes are blocked. There are no chances to conceive if tubes are blocked.

Ideally IVF is best option. If you wish to confirm this and open by anyway laparoscopy is a best way forward.

If there are small obstructions they can be cleared during laparoscopy.

I hope your doubts are cleared.

Let me know if you need any more clarification.

Regards
