Brief Answer:
Coulc you attach the test reports ?

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern.
Its not hair follicle stimulation hormone ( FSH). It is ovary follicle stimulatig hormone. The levels of FSH goes high nearing menopause ( perimenopause) and after menopause. FSH level of 30 indicates perimenopause.
There is no need to run other hormone tests if the thyroid hormones are good. However, you may need examination to look for otther causes of weight gain ad if there are any clinical clues, only then we require few adrenal hormone tests. You may need to see an endoocrinologist for this ( not a gyncologist). 45 years is an age for perimenopausal state and you may coontinue to be in perimenopause for sometime ( rarely couple of years) before you attain menopause. At this stage, you should start taking calcium and vitamin D to protect your bones. I was wondering if you could attach the reports of those tests.
