What Do These FSH And LH Levels Indicate?
Question: Hi
I have been trying to conceive for 6 months. I have a high BMI of 45. I have had many tests which are all normal and husband semen analysis normal. I have no pcos ultrasound and bloods are normal.
I have had the following Bloods on Day 3 of cycle:
FSH 6.9
LH 2.0
ESTROGEN 179
Are these all in the normal range?
Can I conceive naturally as I am aged 41
My fertility specialist has discharged me as says I need to lose weight to conceive and all will happen naturally. Also my GP is not concerned but I am.
A clearblue fertility monitor only shows 1 and 2 bars and never 3 bars for peak I worry I dont ovulate but fertility specialist says I do and says get rid of fertility monitor as it is causing too much stress. Do you agree?

Being overweight is a major cause of delay in conception. Your hormones are in normal range. If your fertility specialist says that you ovulate then you need not worry. Clear blue test can give false positive or false negative results also.
At 41, the chances of natural conception are slightly reduced but it is best to try to lose to lose some weight and try for natural conception for at least 6 months before taking help from a fertility specialist.

can you give me the values for my hormones pls what are normal limit brackets and do you see me in menopause I worry so much
